Architectural renderings, perspectives, spatial drawings are of particular interest, as my background is in architecture. Examples: The Alaskan Way Viaduct / Tunnel Roll-out. Click on the illustration for an enlarged version (1.2 MB). The above illustration originated as a tracing of the Seattle skyline, and was altered to show a Viaduct-less waterfront. The tunnel illustration below was superimposed and created at the same scale. Original drawings are each 8,500 pixels wide x 5,000 pixels deep. They were published in the Seattle Times Opinion Section on Sunday, December 5, 2004, just prior to Mayor Nickels' official roll-out of tunnel plans. Detail of tunnel drawing below.
